Dr. Davlyatov is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Administration and Policy, Hudson College of Public Health at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. After obtaining a PhD in Health Services Administration with a concentration in Strategic Management at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Dr. Davlyatov worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at UAB-Lakeshore Research Collaborative on multiple grant projects. His research interests involve various aspects of health disparities and quality improvement projects, mainly in the contexts of long-term care facilities and federally qualified heath centers. Dr. Davlyatov is also a Public Health Core Faculty in the Oklahoma Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (OKLEND).
