MHA Program Director Launches Research Pilot Project for Nursing Leaders at OU Health Using SOCIAL STYLE

Gerry Ibay, MHA Program Director and Vice Chair for the Department of Health Administration and Policy, is the Principal Investigator of an exciting nursing research study pilot with the OU Health Nurse Leadership Operations Committee. Along with Miki Thompson, the Co-Principal Investigator, invite all NLOC nurses to participate in the study to help enhance the great work they are doing at OU. Attached is a flyer which provides some introductory information about the study and the SOCIAL STYLE model that will be used.
