Epidemiology Professor Provides Expertise on Public Health Monitoring and Control Center in Arequipa, Peru

Infectious disease expert and epidemiology professor, Dr. Aaron Wendelboe, traveled to Arequipa, Peru to collaborate with the National University of St. Augustine (UNSA) on a new Public Health Monitoring and Control Center. The project will allow the collection and analysis of data for the predictability of the progress of infectious diseases, helping decision-making and the development of public policies at various levels of government to stop their spread.
